Designed for ages 3–5, the Little Star Award features fun, play-based challenges that build early skills and independence.
Available as an app or printed booklet, it includes Top Tip videos with Fox and Bear. Children earn a Fox or Bear plush toy and certificate as they complete the award.

Printed Booklet Version
Challenges are completed offline - at home or in school using the printed booklet.
- Students read the challenge and scan the QR code to watch the video with Top Tips
- They complete the task and add evidence-photos, drawings, or written reflections
- Each page includes a simple Skills Check to colour in the skills used and rate how tricky it was
- Teachers review and tick off completed tasks
App-Based Version
Challenges are completed offline, at home or in school, but progress is tracked through our easy-to-use app.
- To Do – Students read the challenge and watch the Top Tips video. Each challenge includes a downloadable PDF.

Award Levels
The Little Star Award is a progressive, two-level programme for children aged 3–5. FS1/Pre-K students begin with Level 1, earning a Bear soft toy and Little Star certificate, while FS2/KG1 students complete Level 2, receiving a Fox soft toy and certificate. Once both levels are complete, students can continue their journey with the Rising Star Award.
